Obtaining the pure powders of these (only) THREE water-soluble B vitamins versus other options will make a difference! LIKEWISE, aside from Selenium Yeast + d-alpha tocopherol (options for the best products for each of those listed below as well), PLEASE, NO OTHER SUPPLEMENT COFACTORS!!

I would suggest treating yourself ideally in terms of what the body has been missing, and sourcing these pure powders at tested HIGHEST quality = ~99.99% from PureBulk to mix + dissolve together (all four each time usually, just adjust the other(s) to lower/higher, usually keeping niacin–depending on your INDIVIDUAL need (some have (way) more than others) at typically^ at least 1 but these days, probably 1.5 g dose per day (some won’t need this much, but these days, prophylactically speaking even, 2-3 g doses daily are only more beneficial) in clean, warmish (~98 degrees F) water (~9 oz; mix together in clear cup/glass).

Keeping these four specifically listed precursor molecules in-tact through their heterogeneous co-dissolution in aqueous water solution together provides the most favorable state for delivery of the B-vitamins to best reach and metabolize through the gut microbial regions down the GI and across the body.

^ NOTE: the mention of niacin dose here refers to after therapy, in a sense, staying in homeostasis. Please follow the protocol if this is your very first dose, and just know niacin will become only better and better as the others restore. It could even be the first dose, but do not be surprised if it’s a little trippy that first (ONLY therapeutic) flush. If not comfortable enough going up, you will able to attain the higher (if needed) doses of niacin (at least 1, 2 grams per dose) with niacin as you build the three others alongside more. Do not fret. Then, you go up with niacin to what you think you need (even up to 5 grams per dose). Once feeling recovered (if those even higher doses were helpful/needed), then glide down to usually at least 1-3 g as mentioned above… 

In terms of the Selenium Yeast + d-alpha tocopherol, as noted in the protocol, while one could get either vegetable capsules and/or tablets for either, especially for the d-alpha tocopherol (if you are not getting the pure liquid from PureBulk linked below) but also if you can find one for the Selenium Yeast too (see below), veg. caps–again, remember to best limit any fillers–would be the best option likely. Nonetheless, tablets are okay too (though this is rare for d-alpha tocopherol to come in tablets). The caps and/or tabs of each/both of these cofactors can just be swallowed (e.g., right before and/or after taking the warm water-dissolved drink down of the four Bs in relevant amounts.

A VERY WORTHY OPTION TO EVALUATE, alternatively, would be to take advantage of the enzymes (aka the rennet) in FRESH RAW WHOLE COW MILK (likely will be worthless with any other kind) helping the processing/metabolism of these (and likely the B vitamins too alongside) and attempt to kind-of emulsify the selenium yeast and d-alpha tocopherol (and perhaps the four Bs too) into approx. 8 oz of the fresh raw whole milk. Easiest here would be to get the liquid d-alpha tocopherol from PureBulk linked below and drop it into the top of a cup of milk, or if you have a softgel product, poke a hole in the gelcap and squeeze the E oil out into the milk (naturally, this method will lead to missing out on some of the E getting into the milk as it will stick to the gelcap, making the liquid so much better option here). With the selenium yeast, if in a capsule like the Solaray product linked below (which until PureBulk gets it in, which will be very soon, is probably the best selenium yeast product), just remove the contents of the capsule into the milk. If a tablet product, one could just crush the tablet up best and then drop into the milk.

^ AGAIN: I do believe we will get even more out of this protocol if not just the selenium yeast and d-alpha tocopherol are mixed into fresh raw whole milk but also likely each of these four Bs as well. Unfortunately, if you do not drink cow milk for legitimate purposes (not like me who does rarely as I am not fond of the taste or texture myself but for per se, religious purposes (e.g., those practicing Hinduism can technically consume dairy products as long as they’re free from the rennet, however, this is exactly what we need)), then simply you are missing out (as you were/are/will remain to be over life without supplementation given how important rennet cow milk if you depend on diet’s nutrients and don’t supplement). I could make an argument how the cow rennet is supposed to be used to spread the gift of life… but we’re not theologists here. Either way, this fresh raw whole milk method is something that should not be overlooked. The four Bs should each/together dissolve into the milk solution fine (as 87% or so of milk in fact is water), so I would dissolve/mix them in first as per the instructions with how to do it in the warm water (just now fresh raw whole milk): to remind you, by weighing out each subsequently on top of each other into a little 1-oz plastic tiny cup set on the scale, then dump all these measured four Bs out together into the top of the approx. 8 oz milk in the glass (ideally clear and not too tall or short so you can see what’s going on best). You can maybe even add the (taken-out-capsule or crushed tablet) selenium yeast into the little cup after the Bs are measured and then dump all five into the milk together and mix, or instead just the four Bs and the selenium yeast after (test it out for yourself). At last, add the d-alpha tocopherol (ideally the pure liquid from PureBulk or just squeezed out of the gelcap you poked a whole in) to the top of the milk with everything else in there. I do not think the order of each compound’s emulsion into the milk matters much, but again, you can explore combinations yourself. Do not over-think it. Enjoy!

… Then, once all four are weighed, dump them in a preferably clear (to observe it all dissolve) and not too tall glass or cup filled with 8-10 oz of clean, warm water and mix very well + dissolve all four together… chug!

d-alpha tocopherol (i.e., THE original, natural, only proper form of Vitamin E):

– You do NOT want ANYTHING but “d-alpha tocopherol”, meaning no other tocopherols or tocotrienols listed (some product labels can be deceptive and not mention there are other Ts except in small print on back of label, so make sure you are looking carefully)

– You do NOT want esterified versions like d-alpha tocopherol acetate or succinate listed

– You do NOT want the synthetic, less bioavailable “dl”-alpha tocopherol form

– You likely DO want glycerin listed on the back bottom in “other ingredients”; probably doesn’t matter if an oil is listed or not, whatever it is (particularly the soybean, from these oils provides practically the only natural source of the d-alpha tocopherol, and pretty much the only good thing from oils that should be extracted out)
